Blanco Brown, Ying Yang Twins to perform during Cherry Blossom Festival’s Nightly Concert Series

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Blanco Brown and the Ying Yang Twins are set to perform on the Coca-Cola Entertainment Stage at Carolyn Crayton Park on Friday, March 22 as part of the Cherry Blossom Festival’s Nightly Concert Series.

The festival made the announcement on Friday, five days after revealing Lupe Fiasco would not be able to perform on Friday, March 22 due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

The festival says the performance is part of its celebration of the 50th anniversary of hip-hop.

The Nightly Concert Series features local, regional and national artists performing each night of the 10-day festival, which is set for March 15-24.

Gate entry is $10 each day and the Nightly Concert Series is included in your admission, according to the festival. Children 10 and under are free. A clear bag policy is in effect and guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.

The following acts have been announced as part of the festival’s Nightly Concert Series:

  • Friday, March 15: Demun Jones at 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 16: Parmalee at 8 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 17: Cash’s Juke Joint at 7 p.m.
  • Monday, March 18: DJ BlakJak at 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, March 21: AJ the DJ at 7 p.m.
  • Friday, March 22: Blanco Brown and Ying Yang Twins at 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 23: Bryce Leatherwood at 8 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 24: ERNEST at 7 p.m.
