Bibb sheriff’s deputies investigating gas station robbery

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that happened around 6 a.m. Friday at the Circle K store on Romeiser Drive.

According to the news release, a male entered the store while the clerk was in the back supply room. When the clerk came back to the front of the store, the suspect came from the men’s restroom wearing a black bandana on his face and a brown bag over his hand as if he was concealing a weapon.

Deputies say the suspect demanded money, told the clerk he wanted a pack of cigarettes, and a case of beer, then ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured.

The suspect is described as weighing between 180-200 pounds and is 5’8 to 5’10 tall.
He was last seen wearing a black bandanna over his face, a white shirt, blue jean shorts, white socks, black shoes, and a blue hat.
