UPDATE (1/29/25): Bibb County deputies say Jacobey Burley has been taken into custody.

ORIGINAL STORY (1/27/25):

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 21-year-old Jacobey Deshawn Burley of Macon, who is wanted in connection with an aggravated assault investigation.

The incident occurred on Sunday, January 19 in the 1000 block of Boulevard, according to a news release. The sheriff’s office has provided no additional details about the case.

Burley is wanted on multiple charges, including aggravated assault, arson and theft by taking.

He’s about 6’1″ and weighs about 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark clothing, denim jeans and brown boots.
