Bibb deputies respond to ‘riot’ at Macon Youth Detention Center

MACON, Georgia- The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office responded to two calls at the Macon Youth Detention Center Saturday night just before 7:45 p.m.

It was reported that the first call came in as youth fighting with faculty and the second call was a riot.

We reached out to the communications manager at the YDC for comment but haven’t heard back.
