Bibb deputies: Pedestrian hospitalized after being struck on Arkwright Road, 25-year-old dies in separate crash
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is still investigating both crashes.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle Sunday night on Arkwright Road, and a man is dead after a separate crash on I-75 earlier in the day.
A Bibb County Sheriff’s Office news release says a 45-year-old man was crossing Arkwright near River Place Drive around 8:30 p.m. when he was struck by a Honda Civic.
He was taken to Atrium Health Navicent. No one else was injured.
Deputies are also investigating a crash that left a 25-year-old man dead early Sunday morning.
A Bibb County Sheriff’s Office news release says it happened around 2:30 a.m. Tyree Harris of Macon was traveling south on I-75 near the Mercer University on-ramp when he lost control of his Toyota Camry and struck a guard rail. Harris was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead on the scene.
