Bibb Deputies Investigate Adult Store Armed Robbery

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County deputies are looking for two men who robbed an adult store late Tuesday night.

According to a news release from the sheriff’s office, deputies are investigating an armed robbery that happened at the X-Mart on Emery Highway around 11 p.m.

The release says the suspects approached two of the clerks who were outside smoking, forced them inside, and demanded money. Deputies say one of the suspects was armed with a handgun. They got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured during the incident.

Deputies say both suspects are described as slender black males around 5’7″ to 5’10” tall. The armed suspect was wearing a black zipped up jacket and black pants. He also wore a black baseball cap with the “White Sox” team logo on the front of the cap. He was also wearing a bandanna over his face.

The second suspect was wearing a burgundy colored hoodie and grey sweatpants. He was wearing a bandanna or dark shirt over his face. Both suspects wore socks over their hands during the robbery.
