Moseley Avenue murder suspect injured in Bibb County Jail fight
Deputies say both inmates were treated for non-life-threatening injuries before being returned to the Bibb County Jail.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Two inmates, including a suspect charged in a triple homicide earlier this week, were injured in a fight inside the Bibb County Jail.
According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, the fight involving 20-year-old Julius Milner; his brother, 30-year-old Darius Iliza Milner; and other inmates happened Monday night. Deputies say both inmates were treated at a medical facility for injuries that were not considered life-threatening before being returned to the jail.
Deputies did not release additional information on the fight, including the identities of others involved.
The sheriff’s office says Julius Milner has since been moved to another location, which they say will not be disclosed.
Julius Milner is charged with three counts of murder and five counts of aggravated assault in connection with a shooting on Moseley Avenue that left three people dead Sunday morning.
According to the sheriff’s office, Darius Iliza Milner was previously charged on June 25, 2025 with probation violation, aggravated assault, bond surrender-superior court, possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana.
