Bibb County deputies seek suspect after 10-year-old shot inside home

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/ WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a person of interest in connection with an aggravated assault investigation.
Deputies responded just after 9 a.m. on October 26 to the 3900 block of Mathis Street after reports of shots fired into a residence.
According to the sheriff’s office, a 10-year-old boy was injured when a bullet entered the home and struck him in the leg. He was taken to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.
