MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Sunshine will remain in abundance over Middle Georgia through the first weekend of April.

Skies will remain clear around Middle Georgia as the wind calms with the sunset. It will be a cool night with midnight temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s, and low temperatures in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Winds will remain out of the northwest at 5-10 mph.

Saturday will see plenty of sun early before some high clouds move in during the afternoon. Highs will mainly reach the upper 60s with northerly winds coming in at around 5 mph.

Pollen levels will climb as the sunshine sticks around this weekend. Middle Georgians spending time outside should take account for that as well as the amount of sun. Sunscreen will be necessary as UV Index levels reach the High category.

Overnight winds will be light and variable with a handful of high clouds overhead. Some of these may linger into Sunday morning. Lows will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s.

Partly sunny skies are likely Sunday afternoon as temperatures climb into the mid to upper 70s thanks to a warm front passing through. That warm front will bring in southerly winds at around 5 mph.

Scattered clouds are expected overnight and into Monday morning with low temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s.
