Investigators ask for help after attempted armed robbery at Macon Burger King
Investigators say two suspects pointed firearms at employees before running away.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s help identifying two persons of interest in connection with an attempted armed robbery at Burger King on Pio Nono Avenue.
According to the sheriff’s office, the crime was reported just before 10 p.m. Monday at the Burger King located at 3025 Pio Nono Avenue.
Investigators say two male suspects entered the business and pointed firearms at employees while demanding money. No money was taken, and the suspects ran from the restaurant toward the nearby Krispy Kreme.
A BOLO poster with images of the persons of interest has been released.
