MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Atrium Health announced Tuesday the unification of its children’s services across the Carolinas and Georgia under the Atrium Health Levine Children’s brand.
That means the children’s hospital in Macon will now be known as Atrium Health Levine Children’s Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital, according to a news release. The rebrand is effective immediately.
The move will consolidate pediatric care under a single, nationally recognized brand, ensuring families have access to comprehensive healthcare services.
“The extension of the Atrium Health Levine Children’s name is the logical next step to optimize and continue to build the best of our pediatric services across the Southeast,” Atrium Health Levine Children’s President Dr. Stacy Nicholson said.
Chief Clinical Officer at Atrium Health Navicent, Dr. Sanford G. Duke, said being part of Atrium Health Levine Children’s allows young patients to continue to receive excellent health care while also receiving easy access to more pediatric specialists, groundbreaking treatments and clinical trials, all while remaining close to home.
