FCC set to jump-start the 5G era

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Federal Communications Commission is set to jump-start the 5G era.

The FCC meets today and is expected to vote to designate a huge block of spectrum for the use of next-generation wireless broadband, services that are up to 100 times faster than current wireless connections.

Not only are the connections faster but they support increased use in industries like healthcare, transportation and education.

The Harvard Business Review and the U-S Travel association found people who took more than 10 of their vacation days had a 65& chance of receiving a raise or bonus. But those who took less time off had a 35% chance of getting a raise.
