Teenager hospitalized after Macon shooting

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) -Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a shooting Sunday afternoon in west Bibb County.

A release from the sheriff’s office says at around 2:45, deputies responded to a call of a person shot at Westminster Apartments on North Atwood Drive.

19-year-old Harold Johnson was found lying outside the apartment complex with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.

He was taken to Medical Center, Navicent Health where he underwent surgery. He’s listed in critical but stable condition.
