Court-martial proceedings set for RAFB senior airman
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Three separate court-martial proceeding have been set for Senior Airman Charles Amos Wilson III.
Wilson is accused of killing Tameda Ferguson and her unborn child, the death of Demetrius Hardy, who died during a fire at a house that Wilson was renting.
On May 23, Wilson will be tried for felony murder, arson and other related charges. The trial will take place at the Houston County Courthouse in Perry.
The second court-martial proceeding will take place on June 6. The trial includes an alleged assault between Wilson and a female technical sergeant.
Wilson’s charges could result in the death penalty.
