The sun is back and it feels good
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The clouds move out just in time for First Friday. The sun returns, meaning it’ll be warmer today, but warmer is relative. Here’s what I mean:
Yesterday’s high: 52 degrees
Today’s forecasted high: 59 degrees
Still a tad cooler than average, but not as chilly as yesterday.
While I do see an increase in cloud cover tomorrow, it’ll move out by tomorrow night, leading to a sunny first day of Hanukkah on Sunday.
High pressure hangs around our area for the foreseeable future, giving us sunshine through at least Wednesday. At the moment, our next chance of rain is around Thursday when I see some precipitation lifting from the south into our area. It’s far enough away that the timing could change a lot, and honestly, it doesn’t look that bad right now.
Enjoy the weekend!
