Colder air takes over Middle Georgia

Middle Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Brr, cold this morning! Your average low is around 41, yet we’re waking up to low 30s! Our high yesterday was 58 and it’ll be around the same this afternoon.

What’s changed? A cold front swept through the area around Saturday and Sunday morning — that’s why you saw more clouds and some showers on Saturday — so while it was mild yesterday morning, temperatures took a nosedive into the low 30s this morning.

Overnight, we still expect the same. I have:

Monday: High of 58, Overnight Low of 29
Tuesday: High of 60, Overnight Low of 36
Wednesday: High of 62, Overnight Low of 43

You’ll see a bigger increase in the lows than the highs.

Thanksgiving gives us more clouds but still dry with a high of 65.
