Two men injured in Goodwin Drive shooting
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Two men were taken to the hospital after a shooting in the 2400 block of Goodwin Drive in Macon.
According to a news release, Vaparian Fowler was visiting his relative, 44-year-old Steven Jones, when someone knocked at Jones’ door.
Fowler opened it to reveal two men, one with a handgun. The suspect with the gun began shooting into the home.
Jones was shot once in the hand and Fowler in the shoulder. They were both reported as non-life threatening injuries.
The man with the gun was last seen shirtless, wearing burgundy pajama pants. The second was wearing a black t-shirt and black pants. They are said to be between the ages of 18 to 20.
