Northside teacher on unpaid administrative leave after arrest

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Northside High School teacher Daniel Kelly is no longer on paid administrative leave. 

The Houston County School District spokeswoman tells 41NBC Kelly is now on unpaid administrative leave pending a tribunal hearing in front of the school board. The hearing is scheduled for January 13th. 

The Warner Robins Police Department charged Kelly with simple battery after he was involved in a fight with one of his students on December 2nd.
