Northside student still suspended after fight with teacher

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The student involved in a fight with his teacher at Northside High School in Warner Robins is still suspended.

Logan Hancock’s mother tells 41NBC Hancock had a hearing on Wednesday with the Houston County Board of Education.

She expects to find out her son’s punishment on Thursday.

The teacher, David Kelly, is still on paid administrative leave.

According to the school board’s spokeswoman, Kelly also has a right to a hearing. We’re told that will be sometime in January.
