Second street block party celebrates reopening of roadway

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The party was just getting started on Second Street in downtown Macon around 7:30 p.m., Friday.
The Crazy Bull, Ginger and Roasted threw a block party to celebrate Second Street re-opening. The downtown roadway has been closed for more than three months.
The owner of the Crazy Bull says his business was not affected much by the street closure.
“Well, I’m open at night,” says Ricky Hill. “I’m sure some of the people that’s been here during the day time were inconvenience by it. But, Chris Sheridan and his construction crew, were very easy to work with.”
Floco and Friends, Jubee and the Morning After, and Funk You performed on the outdoor main stage. Country music artist Michael Stacy was featured inside the Crazy Bull.
