David Perdue meets supporters in Dublin
DUBLIN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Republican US Senate Candidate, David Perdue, stopped in Middle Georgia on Thursday as he ends his statewide tour.
He met with supporters and voters at the McDonald’s on Veterans Boulevard in Dublin.
He reminded everyone how important it is to get out and vote.
With less than a week until Election Day, Perdue said he feels very hopeful, thanks to all of his supporters.
“We’ve been out talking to people over the last year and a half and I’m hearing the same things now that I’ve heard consistently over the past year and a half. People are concerned about Washington and it gives me encouragement that our message about trying a different direction is really resonating,” explains Perdue.
Perdue will face Democratic Candidate Michelle Nunn in the general election.
