Jones County sheriff’s deputies looking for burglary suspects

GRAY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Jones County sheriff’s deputies need your help finding a car they say might have been involved in a burglary on Monday.

Authorities say witnesses told them a dark grey Ford Fiesta with a black bra in front of it was parked in front of one of the houses on Walnut Ridge Drive in the early morning.

According to investigator Kenny Gleaton, items were taken from the victim’s home.

Deputies are also looking for possible burglary suspects who attempted to break into a house on Graham Road near Walnut Ridge Drive.

The homeowner’s alarm scared the thieves off.

Authorities still aren’t positive the two cases are related, and they urge anyone with information to call the Jones County Sheriff’s Office at 478-986-3489.
