Coca-Cola Inspired Menu Returns to Atlanta Motor Speedway

HAMPTON, GA – A full menu of Coca-Cola inspired food items returns for the AdvoCare 500 NASCAR night race weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Four new items will debut at the Taste of Coca-Cola concession stand this year along with the return of the fan-favorite “Coke Zero Brisket Tacos”.

“Fans loved the Coca-Cola inspired menu at last year’s AdvoCare 500,” said Ed Clark President of Atlanta Motor Speedway. “After the overwhelmingly positive feedback from fans, drivers and media members alike, I was excited see what Executive Chef Nick Klug had in store for this year’s race. He out did himself with a traditional menu of speedway foods, but with the Coca-Cola® twist.”

In addition to the return of the fan-favorite “Coke Zero Brisket Tacos” that are braised in Coke Zero and topped with chipotle aioli sauce, fresh lettuce, cilantro vinaigrette and fried tortilla strips alongside fresh lime wedges, the additional
Coca-Cola inspired items include:

Fried Coca-Cola Donut Holes – Fresh deep fried donut holes glazed with a Coca-Cola sauce fondant. Served over sweet peaches and topped with whip cream and maraschino cherries.

Coca-Cola Bratwursts – Poached in Coca-Cola and caramelized onions, this bratwurst is served topped with smoked gouda cheese, crisp bacon and a Coca-Cola BBQ sauce combining sweet, smoky and salty flavors.

Cherry Coke Pulled Pork Sandwich – Cherry Coke braised pork served on a soft onion roll, smothered in Coca-Cola BBQ sauce and topped with a zucchini pickle and TABASCO fried onions.

Coca-Cola Chicken Wings – A mix of sweet and spicy, these chicken wings are covered with a fiery Coca-Cola sauce. The wings are served with rich blue cheese and celery sticks.
