Three Arrested After Fleeing Monroe County Deputies

BOLINGBROKE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – After a six hour search, Monroe County deputies arrested three people who tried to flee the cops during a traffic stop.

Jonathan Irving, Racheal Gerald and Christopher A. Snelson are all behind bars after deputies say they were speeding on I-75 heading south around 11am. They say Gerald was driving and she refused to stop, reaching 120 miles per hour in the chase that ensued.

They crashed after trying to avoid stopsticks. Irving and Gerald fled the car and were arrested a after about 2 hours. Around 5:30, they found Snelson. The trio faces numerous felony and misdemeanor charges.
