Vice President Kamala Harris stopped in Georgia to spread the message about vaccinations.
ATLANTA (CNN)- Friday, Vice President Kamala Harris stopped in Georgia to spread the message about vaccinations.
The vice president visited a vaccination site as this man was receiving his dose.
She talked to him and cheered along after he was finished.
Harris also popped up at a pop-up vaccination site at the Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church.
She got input from workers on how they help those who are hesitant about the vaccines.
As of Friday — the U.S. administered 300 million Covid-19 shots in 150 days.
President Biden called the vaccination rate “a truly American accomplishment.”
The president has set a goal of having 70-percent of American adults at least partially vaccinated by July 4th, but it is too soon to tell if that goal will be met.
