Boil water advisory for southwest Macon-Bibb County

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Macon Water Authority has issued a boil water advisory as a precaution for customers in southwest Macon-Bibb County. This is following a 24-inch water main break earlier Thursday.

MWA system impacts customers with lower than normal water pressure. This includes customers east of I-75 and south/southeast of the I-475/I-75 interchange.
