Country Music Star Ty Myers bringing The Legal Tour to Macon
Singer-songwriter Ty Myers will perform at the Atrium Health Amphitheater on Friday, September 11, at 7:30 p.m. as part of his The Legal Tour 2026.
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – One of country music’s fastest-rising young stars is making his way to Macon Friday night.
At just 18 years old, Myers has quickly built a national following with his blend of country, rock and soulful influences. His live performances have become a major part of his rise, with the singer recently performing for a sold-out crowd of more than 10,000 people at Walmart AMP in Rogers, Arkansas.
Myers is touring behind his sophomore album, Heavy On The Soul, which was released March 27 through RECORDS Nashville/Columbia.
The 17-track album was produced by Brandon Hood and recorded at the legendary FAME Recording Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Myers wrote 11 of the songs entirely on his own, showcasing the songwriting that has helped separate him from other emerging artists.
The album follows his 2025 debut, The Select, which has been certified Gold and generated more than 1.1 billion global streams.
That project also produced several RIAA-certified songs, including the Platinum hit Ends of the Earth, which reached the Billboard Hot 100 and the Top 10 at country radio.
Myers grew up on a cattle ranch in Dripping Springs, Texas, where his family has lived for more than six generations.
He ultimately walked away from baseball and football to focus on songwriting and guitar, a decision that has quickly paid off.
His growing list of accomplishments includes a late-night television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he performed Thought It Was Love.
He also made his Stagecoach debut earlier this year. Billboard ranked his performance as the festival’s No. 2 performance, behind Post Malone.
Myers has also been selected for Spotify’s RADAR program, named a Fender Next Class of 2026 artist and recognized as a Billboard 21 Under 21 artist.
The Legal Tour marks Myers’ most ambitious headline tour yet, featuring a larger production and backing band.
The tour has included major venues across the country, with stops at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Austin’s Moody Center among the scheduled performances.
For Middle Georgia fans, Friday night’s show at Atrium Health Amphitheater offers an opportunity to see Myers during a major moment in his rapid rise.
