Greyhounds unveil new weight room at Jones County High School

GRAY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Christmas came early for Jones County Athletics as the Greyhounds unveiled their new state-of-the-art weight room with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday afternoon.

“This is the first place you change culture, in the weight room,” Head Coach Justin Montgomery said. “We’re gonna make sure this room is the one that sets the standard for all the change that we’re trying to bring to Jones County.”

“We wanted to maker sure we give them the best,” Director of Strength and Performance Taylor Williams added.

The Greyhounds open the regular season against Valdosta on Aug. 21.
