Westside grad Kowacie Reeves Jr. signs with Pacers

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon’s own Kowacie Reeves Jr. has signed an Exhibit-10 contract with the Indiana Pacers. This allows the Westside graduate to compete for a roster spot during the NBA Summer League next month in Las Vegas.

Reeves spent the final three years of his collegiate career at Georgia Tech, leading the Yellow Jackets in scoring this past season. The Macon native capped off his college career with more than 1200 points, with 808 of those points coming at Georgia Tech.

Reeves participated in several NBA workouts prior to the Draft, ultimately signing with Indiana. The NBA Summer League begins Jul 9.
