Nara Organics Baby Formula recalled nationwide

Nara Organics has recalled all powdered infant formula products after at least three infants were hospitalized with symptoms consistent with botulism, a rare but potentially life-threatening illness. The affected formula was sold at Target and online retailers. While no deaths have been reported, parents are advised to stop using the product immediately and consult their physician if their child shows any signs of illness.

 

Beekeeper’s Naturals Saline Nasal Spray pulled from Amazon

Beekeeper’s Naturals has voluntarily recalled its saline nasal spray (lot 5950, expiring February 2028) sold on Amazon, following test results showing possible contamination with Aspergillus yeast. The product is of particular concern for individuals with weakened immune systems or lung issues, as it may cause serious infections. Customers who purchased the affected lot between April 2 and April 24, 2026, should discontinue use and contact the company for a refund.

 

Sloosh Dive Sticks recalled for impalement hazard

About 254,000 Sloosh Dive Sticks, sold before October 23, 2025, at major online retailers including Amazon, Temu, and Target, have been recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The hard plastic toys violate a federal ban and pose a serious impalement risk. No injuries have been reported, but users are urged to stop using the dive sticks immediately.

 

Kidisle Coffee Makers linked to burns

Over 17,000 Kidisle model K-C-101-B coffee makers have been recalled after 100 incidents and 27 injuries were reported due to hot water or steam releasing unexpectedly. The machines were sold online from June 2024 to April 2026. Consumers should stop using the coffee makers and contact the manufacturer for a refund.

 

HSN Thermal Bowls pose fire hazard

HSN is recalling about 86,000 Kitchen HQ thermal insulated bowls after 30 reports of the bowls smoking, sparking, melting, or catching fire in the microwave, including one case of property damage. The hazard stems from metal springs in the lids that can ignite when microwaved. The bowls were sold on HSN TV and online between July 2023 and February 2026.

 

Ford and Honda announce major vehicle recalls

Ford is recalling more than half a million Expedition SUVs from 2018 to 2024 due to a center console defect that may expose sharp chrome trim, causing hand injuries. Honda is recalling 880,000 vehicles—including certain Passport, Pilot, Ridgeline, and Acura MDX models from 2014 to 2023—due to possible rear sub-frame corrosion, which can compromise vehicle control, especially in areas that use de-icing chemicals. No injuries have been reported in connection with the Honda recall.
