Picnic in the Park: Food Truck Festival set for Saturday

This Saturday, Carolyn Crayton Park will transform into a haven for foodies and families alike with the Picnic in the Park: Food Truck Festival. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., visitors can enjoy bites from a variety of local food trucks, music from DJ Candi, and a kids zone. Admission is free, and guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.

Annual Strawberry Festival at Dickey Farms offers family fun

For those who love fresh fruit and farm activities, Dickey Farms in Musella is hosting its annual Strawberry Festival on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The festival features strawberry picking, food trucks, live music, local vendors and activities for kids.

Loomis Bros. Circus brings performances to Macon Coliseum

The Loomis Bros. Circus is coming to the Macon Coliseum this weekend. Shows begin Friday at 7:30 p.m., with two additional performances on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster and the coliseum box office.

Wagging for Hope Dog Parade and Festival set for Sunday

Dog lovers can attend the Wagging for Hope Dog Parade and Festival at Barks N Brews in Macon this Sunday at 1 p.m. The event includes a dog parade and canine-friendly activities, benefiting Crisis Line & Safe House, which provides services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Central Georgia. Attendees are reminded to keep dogs leashed until 2:15 p.m. and to bring proof of vaccinations.
