Magnolia Soap Box Derby Thrills in Macon
It’s derby time! Head to Magnolia Street this Saturday from 11AM to 4PM for the 16th Annual Magnolia Soap Box Derby. Cheer on racers as custom-built cars zoom down the hill for prizes and bragging rights. Enjoy music, delicious food, and family fun at Washington Park. Admission is free!

 

Celebrate Creativity at the Otis Redding Center
Join the one-year anniversary celebration of the Otis Redding Center for the Arts at the Zelma Redding Amphitheater, Saturday 11AM–4PM. Enjoy live music from students, games, inflatables, and tours of the center. Bring the whole family—admission is free and everyone’s welcome.

 

Autism Rocks Music Festival
Support a great cause at the Autism Rocks Music Festival, Saturday from 3–7PM at the Museum of Arts and Sciences. Enjoy live performances from local bands, food trucks, and a silent auction. Kids get in free; general admission is $28. Proceeds go to autism therapy scholarships and community programs.

 

Strange Finds at the Middle Georgia Oddities Market
If you’re in the mood for something different, check out the Middle Georgia Oddities Market at the Reverb Room in Warner Robins, Saturday 12–6PM. Browse handmade art, insect displays, oddities, and curiosities from creative local vendors. Entry is $3 or a pet food donation (kids under 12 free); all proceeds benefit local animal shelters.

Run for Justice: Jam for Justice 5K
