Meet Miss Macon’s Teen Londyn Rodgers: Platform, goals and future plans
Londyn Rodgers shares her journey, platform and what’s next after being crowned Miss Macon's Teen.
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Miss Macon’s Teen Londyn Rodgers is continuing her year of service, using her title to promote social-emotional learning and stronger social skills across Middle Georgia.
Rodgers, who was crowned this fall, also served as the 2026 Cherry Blossom Queen as part of the Cherry Blossom Royal Court, further expanding her role in representing the community.
She promotes her community service initiative, “The Social Bridge,” a social skills and social-emotional learning initiative designed to help students strengthen how they connect, communicate and collaborate with others.
Through lessons focused on empathy, emotional awareness, effective communication, cultural understanding and responsible decision-making, Rodgers is working with students across the Bibb County School District to equip them with tools for success both inside and outside the classroom.
Rodgers said social skills education plays a critical role in helping students succeed not only academically, but also socially and emotionally.
Her goal as Miss Macon’s Teen is to serve as a positive role model, encouraging students to build meaningful relationships, navigate challenges with confidence and contribute positively to their communities.
She represents the next generation of leaders in the Miss America Opportunity, using her platform to promote the importance of social-emotional learning and prepare for future competitions.
