Two arrested after high-speed chase, crash in Bibb County
The driver fled, reaching speeds of more than 100 mph, before losing control of the vehicle and crashing.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Two people were arrested after a high-speed chase ended in a crash on New Clinton Road, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
On February 1, deputies spotted a stolen Nissan Sentra on Emery Highway and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The driver fled, reaching speeds of more than 100 mph, before losing control of the vehicle and crashing.
Both the driver and passenger were taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center on multiple charges.
Antonio Dillard, the driver, faces charges including felony theft by receiving stolen property, felony fleeing or eluding, possession of a knife or firearm during the commission of a felony, and driving without a license.
Jonqavius Flowers, the passenger, is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a knife or firearm during the commission of a felony.
The investigation is ongoing.
