Sprouts Farmers Market plans to open in Warner Robins in 2027
City leaders say the grocery store will expand healthy retail options and create new jobs.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Sprouts Farmers Market, a national grocery chain focused on fresh and healthy foods, is set to open a new location in Warner Robins. According to the company’s public relations department, the store is expected to open in 2027.
City council gave initial approval during its meeting this week.
Kate Hogan, the city’s community and economic development director, says it’s important to broaden retail options in Warner Robins.
“As a major retail trade destination for the surrounding Middle Georgia area, it’s important for us to have diversity of options to continue to provide an ideal consumer experience,” Hogan said.
Mayor LaRhonda W. Patrick called it a fantastic opportunity for the community, saying it will bring new jobs, fresh options for healthy living and be a vibrant addition to the local economy.
“Our city continues to shine as a place where businesses want to grow and families want to live,” she said.
The arrival of Sprouts is expected to create new jobs, offer additional choices for healthy living and contribute to the city’s growing reputation as a thriving business hub.
The grocery store will be located at the corner of Houston Lake Road and Russell Parkway.
