Guns stolen from vehicles in south Macon entering auto cases

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says five entering auto cases were reported across several south Macon streets, including two vehicles where firearms were stolen.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says five entering auto cases happened in south Macon on Wednesday, and firearms were taken from two of the vehicles.

According to a crime bulletin and corresponding map sent Thursday, the crimes happened in the 3000 block of Walden Road, the 100 block of Wynens Way, the 3000 block of Christopher Drive, the 3000 block of Rosa Drive and the 4000 block of Sardis Church Road.

One of the break-ins happened after 4 a.m., according to the bulletin.

The sheriff’s office says firearms were stolen from two vehicles at two separate locations.
