Deputies investigating death of woman found on Houston Avenue in Macon
33-year-old Tiffany Dupree was found unresponsive in her room. The GBI will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators are looking into the death of a woman found unresponsive Friday night on Houston Avenue.
According to a news release from the sheriff’s office, the call came in just after 5 p.m. to the Macon-Bibb 911 Center. Deputies responded to the 2800 block of Houston Avenue and found a woman unresponsive inside her room.
Deputy Coroner Luann Stone pronounced 33-year-old Tiffany Dupree of Macon dead at the scene. The sheriff’s office says her family has been notified.
The cause of death is unknown. Her body will be sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Crime Lab for an autopsy.
