Forsyth Memorial Day shooting leaves two arrested, one more arrest pending

FORSYTH, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Two men were arrested and a third arrest is pending following a Memorial Day shooting in Forsyth, according to the Forsyth Police Department.
At 8:11 a.m. on May 26, officers responded to Union Hill Apartments at 235 Union Hill Drive after a 911 call reported gunfire.
Police said officers found multiple shell casings from two different firearms in front of two buildings. They also discovered exterior damage to five buildings.
31-year-old D’Moray Marshall of Byron was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, reckless conduct and criminal trespass.
18-year-old Jocorrin Dumas of Forsyth was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, reckless conduct and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
