CENTERVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Houston County Galleria mall in Centerville has been listed for sale at $26,650,000, according to a property listing posted on taylormcminn.com by the Taylor McMinn Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap.

According to the listing, the property at 2922 Watson Blvd. includes 480,808 square feet of building space on a 50.82-acre lot. The sale offers full ownership, to allow for “flexibility to buyer for repositioning redevelopment.”

“The former Sears box was re-tenanted by Big Air Trampoline Park and Crunch Fitness, two highly desirable uses,” the listing states. It also says JCPenney “recently” extended its lease and mentions the recent addition of the Abbington at Galleria multifamily development, built last year on part of the former parking lot. It includes 156 residential units that will “drive foot traffic to the center.”

Houston County property records available on qPublic.net list the owner as Gemini Alto Centerville Partners LLC, located in Huntersville, North Carolina. The mall, according to the records, was built in 1994.

2024 property records show the assessed value of the land and improvements is $19,843,000.

The listing mentions the mall’s location in what it describes as a robust retail corridor, with more than 50,000 vehicles per day and proximity to retailers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Publix, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Hobby Lobby, Best Buy, TJ Maxx and Ross.
