Widespread fog likely tonight/tomorrow morning

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A calm and muggy night will likely feature fog leading up to Tuesday morning.
This Evening and Overnight
A partly to mostly cloudy afternoon will give way to mostly clear skies overnight tonight. Wind will stay calm from the southeast, allowing for the development widespread fog after midnight. Lows will be in the lower 60s around Middle Georgia.
Tomorrow
Fog will be widespread early before lifting in the mid to late morning. Partly cloudy skies are likely in the afternoon with highs reaching into the mid 80s around the region. A few isolated storms will be possible over the back half of the day. Wind will be light out of the southeast.
Overnight will be partly cloudy and may feature some patchy fog. Lows will again be in the lower 60s around the region as wind flows from the south-southeast at around 5 mph.
Wednesday and Beyond
Wednesday’s rain odds might be slightly lower however a stray shower or storm will remain possible. Expect highs to start creeping into the upper 80s into the later parts of the week. A cold front to end the week could lead to some cooler conditions in early May.
