Critical Care for Animal Angels to host Touch-A-Truck in Warner Robins
Critical Care for Animal Angels dog rescue fundraising coordinator Angela Polk says this event benefits the animals in the shelter.
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Critical Care for Animal Angels (CCAA) is hosting Touch-A-Truck in Warner Robins this weekend.
The event is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m on March 15 at the Southside Baptist Church parking lot, which is located at 1040 South Houston Lake Road in Warner Robins.
Children 3 and under are free. Tickets are $10 per person or a group of 5 or more costs $40. Critical Care for Animal Angels dog rescue fundraising coordinator Angela Polk says this event benefits the animals in the shelter. Polk adds that donations for the shelter are appreciated.
Polk says attendees can get up close to big trucks, emergency vehicles, and construction equipment. Children can climb into trucks and meet the drivers, learn about the vehicle, enjoy food trucks and meet some of the rescue dogs. There will also be face painting and bouncy houses for children.
