Bibb deputies track down suspect after Friday night armed robbery
An 18-year-old is in custody after deputies say he showed a firearm at an east Macon Family Doctor and took money Friday night.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – An 18-year-old is in custody after deputies say he showed a firearm at an east Macon Family Doctor and took money Friday night.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, an armed robbery was called in from Family Dollar, located at 3656 Jeffersonville Road, just after 7 p.m. Deputies responded and were told a male dressed in all black had entered the store with a firearm and demanded money from the clerk before running away.
Investigators say they were able to track down the suspect, 18-year-old Kejuan Harris, outside a home in the 2700 block of Village Green Drive. That’s where he was taken into custody, and money taken from the business was recovered.
Harris is charged with armed robbery and is being held without bond.
