Northside High School hires Daniel ‘Boone’ Williams as next head football coach

According to multiple sources, the Northside Eagles have hired Langston Hughes football head coach Daniel 'Boone' Williams as their next head coach.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – The Northside Eagles have hired Daniel ‘Boone’ Williams as their next head football coach.

Coach Williams comes to Northside after six seasons in Fairburn, where he accumulated 63 wins, three region titles and one GHSA State Championship in 2022. Coach Williams also took his team to the GHSA AAAAA State Championship in 2021 and 2024, but came up short to Buford and Milton, respectively.

Former Northside coach Ben Bailey left the program back in November after earning six wins over his two seasons.
