Local Woman Uses Her Story of Survival to Educate Others

Two year breast cancer survivor Dawn James wants to celebrate with you and help bring awareness to the disease Friday night. 

We first met Dawn in 2010 when she was celebrating a year of beating breast cancer.  Dawn put up a fight at 36 years old and beat the disease. She is now using her story of survival to bring awareness to the breast cancer.

Friday, October 14, you’re invited to Dawn’s 2nd annual Ta Ta Celebration “Survivors Rock” at the Galleria Conference Center in Warner Robins. The event is free and open to the public from 8pm-12am. You can win great prizes, enjoy live music and learn about breast cancer.

Dawn’s positive attitude and zest for life is contagious!
