Come “Taste the Arts”

It’s all about the arts in downtown Macon Saturday! Macon Arts and Capital City Bank will host the 2011 “Taste of the Arts- The Producers” to kick off the fall arts season in Middle Georgia.  Event organizer with Macon Arts, Cindy Hill, joined us tonight with details.

The party is from 7pm-10pm Saturday at Terminal Station in downtown Macon. $40 gets you in the door and then you get to taste dishes from dozens of celebrity chefs.  Your cooks for the evening come from more than 30 arts and cultural organizations around Middle Georgia and their creations will be put to the test. Meteorologist Michael Estimé and I will be on hand to help, but we’re going to need your help!

You can also take advantage of many silent auction items! The proceeds will benefit the Macon Arts Alliance.
