Man in critical condition after being struck by vehicle Saturday night on Mercer University Drive

A 28-year-old man is in critical condition at Atrium Health Navicent after being hit by a vehicle Saturday night on Mercer University Drive.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A 28-year-old man is in critical condition at Atrium Health Navicent after being hit by a vehicle Saturday night on Mercer University Drive.

According to a Bibb County Sheriff’s Office news release, the driver of the vehicle involved left the scene. There’s no information on the vehicle.

Deputies responded to the scene of the collision, in the 3400 block of Mercer University Drive, just after 11 p.m.  An ambulance took the 28-year-old man to the hospital.
