Museum of Arts and Sciences prepares for Georgia Day
Georgia Day activities are included with regular admission. Museum members get in for free.
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Museum of Arts and Sciences is hosting Georgia Day. The event will be September 7 and is open to the community.
STEAM Curator, Lauren Dean, says there will be food trucks and local vendors in the picnic area and pavillion. There will also be ‘Train Talks’ at the Caboose from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Group Tour Coordinator, Danyelle Harris, says there will be special guests and activities in the lobby, as well as a pop-up with the museum’s new Georgia native resident.
Georgia Day activities are included with regular admission. Museum members get in for free. The event is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
