Young Georgia Drivers Vying For Most Popular Driver Award In NASCAR K&N Series

DAYTONA BEACH, FL – Voting has begun for the Most Popular Driver of the Year award in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East. Fans can vote for their favorite driver from the series once per day until voting ends on November 20, 2011.

The most popular driver for the K&N Pro Series East will be announced at the NASCAR Night of Champions Touring Awards Gala on December 10 at the Charlotte Convention Center’s Crown Ballroom in the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, NC.

Four young drivers from the Peach State are eligible for the award. They are:

Andrew Smith (Pooler, GA)

Brandon Haley (Lavonia, GA)

Chase Elliott (Dawsonville, GA)

Max Gresham (Griffin, GA)

Fans can vote for their favorite driver on the NASCAR website.
