WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Warner Robins Police Department says multiple agencies are searching for a 47-year-old, possibly named Billy Joe Jessie, who’s wanted for felony sexual offenses against a minor out of Alabama.
Police say around 4 Thursday afternoon, the man led officers on a chase in the Westcliff Circle area before abandoning a silver BMW and fleeing on foot. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
