Warm and sunny weekend on deck

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Temperatures will rise into the 80s by Sunday afternoon as sunny skies stay with the Peach State.
Saturday
Sunny skies will stay with Middle Georgia as afternoon highs climb into the upper 70s around the region. Wind will still be a bit breezy from the northwest as gusts top out at 20 mph.
Overnight a couple of clouds may pass over, but skies will remain largely clear. Low temperatures will be in the lower 50s as winds begin to shift more towards the southwest.
Sunday
Mostly sunny skies are likely with winds from the west-southwest at 5-10 mph and highs in the mid 80s. A few clouds are likely in the evening and into Sunday night, but once again skies will be mostly clear leading up to Monday. Lows will be in the mid 50s for most of the region.
